Meet Our Expert Aquaculture Consultants

Our journey in aquaculture began over 20 years ago, not in a classroom, but on the ground—or more accurately, in the water. We have spent our careers working directly within the industry, moving from aquaculture technicians to site managers, and now to strategic consultants. This hands-on experience is the foundation of our consulting philosophy: to deliver practical, proven solutions that work in the real world.

About Us

A Career Rooted in Operational Excellence

Our professional lives have taken us across continents and into diverse aquaculture systems. From managing Atlantic Salmon sites in Ireland to overseeing Sea Bream and Sea Bass production in Italy, Coratia and Malta; we have gained a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful, profitable operation.

We have direct experience in all stages of the production lifecycle, from larval rearing and hatchery management to offshore sea cage maintenance and operational optimization. We have built systems from the ground up, managed international teams, and implemented cutting-edge technologies like automatic feeding systems and underwater cameras. This is what allows us to provide aquaculture due diligence that goes beyond the numbers. We can assess a project’s true potential by evaluating its operational integrity.

Expertise

Education & Qualifications

Our practical expertise is complemented by a strong academic background. Our lead consultant holds a Master’s degree in Aquaculture and Fish Pathology from the University of Udine, with a thesis focused on “Nutrition of the sea-bream,” and a Bachelor’s degree with a thesis on “Technical and sanitary management of a sea farm cage.”
